ALIGN blends mat pilates with rhythmic control to tone, flex, and pulse the body. Guided with intention, Joon emphasizes alignment, breath, and presence—supporting strength, balance, and mindful movement throughout.

Movement is for every body. We believe access matters, and everyone deserves the opportunity to move, feel strong, and connect in community. This class takes place in the café—creating space to move together, then stay, connect, and share community.
