Designed to challenge you, with flexibility to adjust based on your level. Open to every body. All equipment provided, just bring yourself.
New class schedules release every Friday at 12 PM for the following week. Spots are limited and classes do not carry over week to week—if you’d like to attend, please reserve your mat once the new schedule opens.
