Set in candlelight with notes of frankincense and myrrh, this experience is designed to ground the nervous system, restore balance, and create comfort—both in body and spirit. Movement is for every body. We believe access matters, and everyone deserves the opportunity to move, reset, and connect in community.
Individual session access is available for $15, or join as a member to experience consistent movement and shared community.
