REP blends rhythm, tempo, and cardio-driven movement to create a sweat that feels powerful, expressive, and alive. Guided by the beat, Charles leads dynamic intervals that build endurance, coordination, and confidence—meeting you exactly where you are and inviting you to move how your body feels best.

Set to a fire, pulse-driven playlist, REP is about letting the music lead, finding your rhythm, and turning movement into release.

Movement is for every body. We believe access matters, and everyone deserves the opportunity to sweat, feel strong, and move with freedom in community.
